We have been providing defense industry companies with sealing and rubber products in compliance with military standard for nearly 20 years.
We have 13 rubber pressure machines with different sizes and specifications and one vacuum rubber pressure machine. We produce rubber parts according to client specifications and military standards using Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), Neoprene, Nitrile, Natural Rubber, Stirene Butadiene Rubber (SBR), VITON, Silicone and Fluoro Silicon raw materials.
Apart from our standard work, we successfully completed two research and development projects.
- Cold Neoprene Rubber Coating (LSC 515–SAE J19)
- Conductive Rubber EMI (MIL DTL 83528)
These two projects had been carried out jointly with universities and both projects had been certified by Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) and Technology Development Foundation of Turkey (TTGV).
Although we obtain our raw materials from our reliable certified suppliers we have been working with for years, all quality control tests are done once a year by Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Turkey (KOSGEB) or universities.
Press vulcanization takes place by pulling the unprocessed dough, cutting it in the required weight and size, placing it in the mold and then cooking it in the press.
We can also coat the metal with rubber according to the parts that our customers want.
1- After calculating the ready-to-mold product, the desired raw material / shore is selected and mixed in the dough mixer until it is homogenized.
2- After the dough is cut in the required weight, it is placed in the heated mold.
3- It is cooked in the press according to the raw material characteristics at the appropriate pressure and temperature.
4- The baked product is carefully separated from the mold and this product is passed to our polishing unit after the first control by the personnel who performs the process.
5- Packed after polishing and quality control.
